Mondays, starting November 28th, at Alden Intermediate Gym, 7:00pm to 8:30pm - 5 sessions

In this fast paced, co-ed, non-contact program, kids will learn the fundamentals involved in the game of flag football. Part of the class will be focused on skills such as passing, receiving, and running patterns, with the other part focused on playing games. Kids Choice Sports coaches coordinate all practices with assistance from parents at stations and in games. A mouthguard is required. Please remember to bring a water bottle.
