Wednesdays, starting May 15th, at Como Lake Park (when entering from Como Park Blvd, field is on the right side, across from basketball courts), 7:25pm to 8:25pm - 6 sessions

In this co-ed program, a modified, non-contact version of lacrosse is played, also known as “Soft Lacrosse”. Kids will be taught the basic skills including scooping, cradling, passing, catching, and shooting; followed by a fun scrimmage. The idea is to have fun and make friends while learning the sport of lacrosse. Kids Choice Sports will provide sticks and all other equipment. A mouth guard is required. Due to all classes being held outdoors, players should dress appropriately. Please remember to bring a water bottle.
